Forming Capabilities
Using cutting edge technologies, LaserForm LLC can provide forming services for all of your components or parts. A complete line of modern equipment within our 18,000 square foot facility provides shearing, punching, and many other metal forming capabilities to fulfill your company's needs.
All material cut, punched, bent, or machined in-house at Laserform can be formed to produce complete parts or sub-assemblies prior to delivery. LaserForm LLC has superior bending accuracy with a state-of-the-art electric APB-3613 Toyokoki. With a four foot bend length at 40 tons, we are able to form the most intricate pieces of metal, up to 1/4 inch plate. LaserForm also employs an Amada HFB 2204/8 14' 252 ton CNC press brake for large, thick plate forming.
