If you are unable to view our lasers, you may be behind a firewall, or your security settings in Windows is too high. To lower your security settings, click Start, then click Settings and go to Control Panel. In your Control Panel select Security Center and go to Internet Options and in Security you can set your level to Medium to view lasers.
